Kung Fu Panda 3 Review

So far a lot of animated sequels do fairly well with the likes of Toy Story 3 and How to Train Your Dragon 2. Now with the Kung Fu Panda franchise, it’s continuing the awesomeness with this action-packed third installment. So much about Kung Fu Panda 3 is enjoyable just like the first two movies to where the action is sweet, good humor spread throughout, and a great protagonist to really attach to. Jack Black still has a great voice for providing the voice of Po. He’s still the lovable, martial arts-loving Panda but his character is so well realized with each passing movie. The voice talents from Dustin Hoffman, Angelina Jolie and J.K. Simmons, etc.  are really good especially Bryan Cranston as Po’s long lost father, and the score once again by Hans Zimmer was fantastic and the use of Imagine Dragons’ “I’m So Sorry” as the melody in some of the pieces was so good. The formula for all three movies now is the same when thinking about it, but it kept gaining a lot more power with each developed movie to make it fun entertainment.

Kung Fu Panda 3 was a fun, beautifully animated, and an adventurous sequel that carries it with its humor and stylish action scenes making this a great trilogy.
